Shipping

All orders are shipped from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. Once your order is confirmed, in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise specified.

Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Shipping Times are as follows:
- British Columbia and Newfoundland will arrive within 7 days
- Manitoba, Ontario and Quebec will arrive within 1 - 3 days
- The Maritimes and Prairie provinces will arrive within 4 - 6 days
- Shipping to Nunavut, The Northwest Territories and the Yukon may take up to 16 days.

International orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping times and rates will be quoted to you when we confirm your order.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do the very best we can to satisfy your expectations.

Please note that exceptions to this policy are listed below under "Exceptions".

Merchandise will be accepted for return within 30 days of receipt by you. Items must be completely unused and in the original box. You will need to contact us by phone or e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.

If the merchandise is damaged, defective, or was significantly misrepresented in our catalogue or website, we will pay for shipping of the replacement merchandise. You will receive credit for the returned merchandise and your shipping cost for the return. You will be charged or credited for the difference in price between the replacement order and the returned items credits.

If you simply are not satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund on the merchandise, but not on any shipping costs. You will have to pay the return shipping cost.

Refunds will by credited by cheque or money order.

Exchanges:
